Our planet is important. So are people. Our passion is to help you see the world, in the most sustainable way possible. So how do we do it?

  • Carbon sink. We want to make carbon sinking the norm, not an optional extra at checkout. We use empowering tree planting initiatives to help you offset your carbon.

  • Plastic reduction and low waste. One of the most polluting things about travel is single use plastics. We provide every traveller with an 8-hour cool water bottle and refill stations where possible, to ensure you stay hydrated without littering precious places.

  • Community-led travel. We want you to truly experience communities, and they want you to too. We listen to our local communities, buy from them, stay with them, give back to them. Throughout your trip you’ll eat local, stay local and get to know the amazing people that call your destination home.

You’ll receive an 8-hour cool water bottle which you can fill up with safe drinking water throughout the day to reduce your single-use plastic. Eating local will also help to reduce your waste, with produce coming fresh from the market to your plates.

Most of the food you eat will be bought from local markets. The majority of the food found there is grown in the town, where rice, bananas and avocados (and more!) grow in abundance. We’ll also eat mostly plant-based meals. Any meat you do eat during the trip is bought from local herdsmen just down the road!

Through Project Plant, you’ll work with the local community, and learn all about tree planting. We’ll plant at least 50 trees during your trip, offsetting all of the carbon from your travels.
